In keeping with the theme of transparency and openness Belinda shared how she is meeting each requirement for herself and with Salon BKB.  She has worked to have a clear understanding of what she is passionate about in life and in business.  With that understanding she has been able to develop and share her story with her clients and staff.  In turn her staff has a singular vision and can grow as individuals within that vision.  Every team member has there own place within the overall brand vision.  Belinda is able to embrace and learn from each individual team member, helping her to grow and diversify her brand without losing her core vision.  And, ultimately just as we all have to do in today's market Belinda K. Baker and Salon BKB are continuously learning about and implementing new technology into their daily operations and marketing efforts, from booking software to podcasts, .
