Continuing Education Providers

The following ANHC Pro members and affiliates are Georgia Board of Cosmetology approved Continuing Education (CE) Providers.

The number of CE hours required for master cosmetologists and hair designers is five. Three of the five required hours must be satisfied with the health and safety course, specially developed by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG).

Atlanta Natural Hair Care is an approved CE provider for the health and safety course specially developed by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) for cosmetologists and hair designers and for ANHC Pro Hair Styling Demonstrations.

Ayo-Keisha Smith
Basic Natural Hair Care | Health & Safety

Ayo-Keisha is an approved CE provider for Basic Natural Hair Care and TCSG Health and Safety. Ayo-Kiesha Smith’s Basic Natural Hair Care course teaches hair stylists professional care and styling techniques of naturally curly and tightly coiled hair including loc and braid styles.

Elaine Lord
Lord Intuition Marketing Fundamentals

Elaine Lord is an approved CE provider for Lord Intuition Marketing Fundamentals. This class will teaches students the basics of utilizing traditional advertising, social media, the internet, computer software, and mobile apps for marketing.

Stylist April B
Loc and Braid Training

Stylist April B is an approved CE provider for Loc and Braid Training. Stylist April B offers one on one training for Signature Stylist April B hair styles. Training options include braided updos, twists, twistouts, loc styles and more.

Shaniqua Garcia
Transitioning from Relaxers

Shaniqua Garcia is an approved CE provider for Transitioning from Relaxers. This class will teaches students basic style options other than completely cutting out relaxed hair for clients transitioning from a chemical relaxer. Topics include the science of hair, product selection, tools used to create desired results and ways to prevent breakage along the way.

Gynesis Losa Nazare
G-Braids: Methods of Advancing Tree Braids

Gynesis is an approved CE provider for Methods of Advancing Tree Braids. The Methods of advancing Tree Braids class teaches stylists about improving cornrow skills including parting the client’s hair, so braids are optimally spaced; styling strategies based on client’s unique facial features; how to work with various hair and scalp conditions; hoe to develop signature looks; how to work with various hair lengths; and how to improve consultation skills including initial consultation and educating clients about home maintenance and styling.
